HOW IT WORKS
1. Browse through the website and shop for your items 2. Calculate the cost before you buy or you want to custom-made. All prices indicated are in Singapore dollars 3. Sent us an email to indicate the items/ or send us your photos 4. We will reply and confirm your order 5. You will be advice to make payment through internet banking to a bank account. 6. Once we confirm receipt of your payment, ready stock items are sent out or ready for your self-collected. Please note that all products are imported and therefore have a limited volume. We will confirm the availability based on first come first serve basis.
HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT? We are currently only accepting payments through internet banking transfer.
DELIVERY: Ready stock items takes approximately 2-3 days, .. For non-ready stock items or custom made items, the delivery estimates 2-3 weeks.- We are not responsible for lost items or item damaged during delivery. Registered post OR self-collected (if you are based in S'pore) is recommended.

REFUND POLICY: We are committed to making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Cancellation and refunds can be made if the product is not posted out. However if the product has been posted out, there is no refund for the product. In our best efforts, we try to showcase our product as descriptive as possible, but there may be some difference in the color and quality because of the picture quality
